Replacing Expired Training

When you have a new certificate for third-party training to upload into the Training record library, you can simply replace the expired one.

To replace a previously uploaded certificate, navigate to the Training Record Library.

Find the group/certificate you are looking to update.

Select the Pencil ‘edit’ icon beside the certificate name.

A window will appear with the document details – select ‘upload document’, select the document from your computer, and upload.

You can change the document name, completed and recertification dates then select save to reflect your changes.

Below under the document upload history you can see all past certifications for each tracking.

You can click on the previous versions to still access the certificates.

 

*As a best practice we recommend always replacing the exiting training document rather than uploading a new document as this provides you with all previous certificates and removes the expired notifications.
