Assign Training to an Employee

Sometimes you need to assign training as a one off for an employee. It is recommended to use the labels feature to “Set” a training standard for each role in your organization.  Here is a great article on how to assign training using labels.”

How to Assign Training Course(s)

If you need to assign a course as a “one off” to an employee, Login as a web admin and click on “Training” in the main navigation and then on “Online Training”.

You now see a list of all of the training courses. Find the course that you want to assign to an employee, then click on the name of the course to open the course information page.
In the example below we are planning on assigning Ergonomics and Musculoskeletal Injury (MSI) Awareness to an employee.

To add the course to one or more employees click on the Assign Course to Employees Button
Assign Training - Click the Assign Button
You have two options for how you assign employee(s) to the training course:
  1. Click the “Select All” button. This will select all of the employees and assign the course to All Employees when you click confirm
  2. Click the  Add button by an employee name to add just that employee. Do this for all employees you want to add training to and then click confirm.
